MINUTES OF THE SESSION OF THE BETA GAMMA PHI FRAT. & SOR. HELD IN BSU GINGOOG EXTERNAL STUDIES CENTER AT MARCH 6 2011, 2:00PM (SUNDAY).

CALENDAR OF BUSINESS

1. T-shirt for printing        by(Bro. Chester)

2. other matters

……….. meeting was called to order at 2:00 pm, opening prayer by sis. sherie. reading of the previous minutes by sis. jade, after reading , clarifications were made and minutes were approved and unanimously seconded.

Grand-high Bro. James Ucat remind the body about Resolution 01-s-2011 which is the Php 50.00 monthly due which is effective starting the month of march.

 

AGENDA

1. T-shirt for printing……….. Bro. chester inform the body that all members most specially the new members to have new BGP t-shirt logo that will be use in every BGP activity such as initiations, meeting, etc.. approved by Bro. jony and unanimously seconded.

2. other matters………..  Bro. jhan asking the support of all members of BGP to pray for all the BGP members students in there final exam this semester….

hence, their were no more matters that to be treated and tackled, meeting was adjourned at 3:00pm.
